I usually weigh on Fridays so I didn't realize we were supposed to weigh this morning. Last Friday I was 275, still up 13 lb from my low of 262 last October (darn) but down 5 from Jan 1.
I will weigh tomorrow morning and count that as my Wednesday WI. Will that be ok?
