Thanks eandc. It truly was a wonderful day and very very hot. I was sweaty in my dress with all the layers but it was well worth it. I received so many compliments.

That's the thing I'm trying to avoid going back to IP Phase I. I am at the 5-7 lb cycle and don't want to lose it in two weeks, only to regain it in 5 days. I literally gained those 5 lbs back within a week. I'm going to try southbeach Phase I for 14 days. You get to eat lean meats, cheese (FF) avocado and beans. I think I can handle that and it's real food as opposed to shakes. Although I have to admit I'm still stopping by my IP store to buy the chocolate shakes every two weeks. I really enjoy those for breakfast because it's fast and easy and not too filling. That holds me over for a few hours anyhow. Good luck to you with your reboot. Are you working out much? I think that makes a difference too.

I haven't gone to Hawaii yet, that's Nov 10-21, can't wait. Hoping to be back at 135 by then. I will keep you all posted on how southbeach goes. I'm waiting for my husband (feels strange saying that) to return from Montreal for us to do it together. But like you I would like to get to 125 and have a 125-130 range, but if I couldn't do it before my wedding, I'm pretty sure I can't do it now. Then again, maybe I might.

Does anyone hear from Patns? I emailed knm yesterday, so hopefully she comes on soon. I know her wedding is coming up as well.

weighed today after the week and scale still shows 141 yay
I've been having lentil soup, 6 crackers and 1 babybel cheese with an apple/nectarine for lunch all week. Surprisingly it's been quite filling. My heaviest meal has been dinner where I ate a cup of rice all week. Not good. Although I haven't gained, my tummy is poking out!

Hi Sunflower

There is a new reboot thread, which is why nobody has been on this one.

There is a whole South Beach Forum on 3fc
Here: http://www.3fatchicks.com/forum/south-beach-diet-110/

That way you can share your eating plan with others who are eating like you!

Let's all behave now, shall we? Last I checked, nothing in Lisa's post said anything about not posting here, she was just linking you to a forum option for your specific diet in case you didn't know.

Of course anyone can post on any forum they like - but it's not too much to ask you to be respectful of the fact that SB allows many foods that IP does not...and posting specific foods could have a negative effect on those working so hard to stick to their chosen plan.

Good luck on your journey!

You are so level headed, scorbett. I do agree with being respectful about naming specific foods. I can say that on the IP protocol, I do miss my cheese most of all.
