Just wanted to share my 2 month WI Results since I am so happy: 29.6lbs lost (I can TASTE the 30lb mark). I got TOM 1.5 days ago so I am really happy about my loss this week since I was dreading it. My total inches is 19 that I've lost and -5.3% body fat. I feel amazing and am so happy I found this diet and even more happy I found this site....it's given me a whole new life.

Wow great posts today. I am not much of a poster, but I also haven't been 100% committed to the plan. Started right after vacation, the same day my husband left for the summer for work. Just wasn't in a great mental spot. I have lost 13 lbs since the beginning of June with plenty of cheating. But the cheating stops now! I need to get my head in the right spot and stop thinking of this diet as "jail" and more of a healthy lifestyle. Dinner is in the crockpot, so no excuses. Here is to more dedication and more accountability in the forums. Thanks for all the coaching everyone (my coach isn't really a coach so don't underestimate how valuable your information from your awesome coaches is for the rest of us!)

So much has been happening these last two weeks I have been gone!

I won't tell y'all what I ate the last two weeks while gone, but I was off the program on my vacation. It was not my plan at all but when your DH forgets over $100 in food on your deck in the 104 heat and then leaves before you have time to go to SAMs club you just kinda suck it up. In 2 weeks of being me I only gained 3.8 lbs. I know, I could have lost during those twos weeks, but it was what I needed! I started back yesterday and it wasn't a good start...I got my TOM. I spotted a few different days the last month or so and yesterday morning I had a surprise. But I am not pushing back starting back up because of this stupid pain I have!

Now that I am back I have a million things to do before going back to work next week (what a short summer break!!)

Thanks for all the positive reviews. I wish I'd started this diet before I got married in February -- my registry would have looked very different (no Fry Daddy for starters hahaha)
maybe you can re-purpose that fry daddy into a flower pot

Going camping for a week in about a week, and wondering how to have clothes that aren't falling down all week. In between where I've been and where I'm going it tough. I'll need jeans, but I'm sure mine are all too loose. Better find time for the second hand store soon!
awesome job on 3 more pounds!!!

I've been on IP since the beginning of April. I went to the endocrinologist a couple of weeks ago, my TSH is now in the "high" range , so he wants to see me in 4 months to evaluate it again and maybe lower my synthroid.

Hi all - I need advice - I forgot my bar for lunch today so I went out to get a salad with protein - planned on having my bar at dinner - I was with a group of new coworkers - (only known them for 3 days) so I didn't choose the place - the grilled chicken was marinated in balsamic vinaigrette - so I passed on that and had them add hard boiled eggs - but I'm not sure how much egg they actually added - definitely not 3 - I can tell you that - so my question is do I just leave that as my lean protein or should I have something small to make sure I got enough? What would you do?

The recipe is under Rainbow smiles recipes. It is called Stacked vegetables. You can also find the recipe on the Facebook 3fc. Closed group but send a friend request and our friend Lisa will accept . Nancy

Down another 3.2lbs this week. Yay!!

Two quick foodie questions: egg drop soup allowed? Edamame allowed?

Dear fellow Austin IPers,
Please stop buying all the WF pancake syrup from sprouts. I need some. Lol!
Thanks,
Sassy
