Day 6 is officially over!! I am off to bed soon, and feel great. Those first few days were rough. Foggy, dizzy, irritable, headache!!! I am sleeping now without my ambien and feeling energetic!! I had the dark chocolate pudding for a snack tonigt and it was great!! I added cinnamon, vanilla, and a touch of stevia. Loving that I am finding that some of the foods are appealing to me. But only a few, so anyone know if it matters if I only choose a few to use until I get sick of them?? And anyone know if Annies all natural Sesame Shitake dressing is OK?? It has 1 carb/1 sugar per 2 TBLS and I would have a teaspoon probably. Hope everyone is doing awesome!!

Just had my first WI, and made mention of the quality of my sleep this past week - my coach tells me that it's due to the Calcium-Magnesium. She suggests taking it before bedtime to continue to benefit from this side effect. I found that really interesting!! Here's an article that provides more details:

Well, I just checked it and it looked fine and like it carried thru properly.
Perhaps someone else fixed it.

Are we using the dates as kind of "week ending"?
So May 7 is for all the weigh ins up to May 7?
(So a May 2 weigh in goes in the May 7 column?)
That's what it looks like people are doing. I hate it when I overthink things.

Thanks for the article. The way I eat my snack (10:30 am) I save all my cal mags or dinner. This could be why I sleep so good!
