Just wanted to give a quick good morning as we were on page 2.

Hope everyone stayed 100% yesterday. I did and weren't tempted but not to say i would've liked to taste some of the yummy stuff, lol. Next year....

Wuv - thanks for suggesting doing phase 3 for a couple of weeks...i don't know why but i would really rather not, for some reason it scares the crap out of me. But I am really frustrated so i'll really have to give it some thoughts! Its good to see that it worked so well for you

Have a great day everyone!

Busymom, my best advice is to not stress over it. I know that it sounds kind of harsh, but you said you've only had 1 WI with a loss of less than 1 lb. That's not too terrible and I don't think it should be considered a stall. Stressing over it will only make it worse. Keep up your positive attitude that has carried you through all of this time. If you continue with very low losses or even a gain, you can do try something new then. You know it will come off. You KNOW it will. You are too determined.

Thank you. I guess i DO assume that my WIs will keep being low. I feel like the closer i get to goal the less patient i am and the more anxious i feel to get there. And since my dh keeps doing well...i can't blame it on my scale, lol.

I totally get that, I really do..... But, you know better than to compare yourself to another dieter, especially a male one, lol!!

And, on a brighter note, you know what your main problem is. Did you try the Dieter's tea I mentioned? Once you are relieved of that issue, the scale will reflect it.

No weigh-in last week because of vacation. Great WI this week. Down 7.3 pounds and I've lost a total of 38+ inches. Wow, I've lost a yard!

My first week, and Easter, and still 100%. I am so glad for this site, and the 100% thread. I have always made little allowances, which got me to the weight I am right now. Now to be fully accountable for everything I eat, is quite refreshing. Stay true all!

BusyMom - I read you can store up to 10 lbs in your lower intestine. You know you're on track. You have been 100% OP. Maybe you could try spending 5 minutes sending love to your tummy-parts and telling them to take their time. You'll send lots of water and some good tea (once you find it) but meanwhile it might be soothing to thank your body for doing its best? Sometimes a little kindness helps everything. You're doing great. You deserve some self-care.

Just checking in. Today is day one of phase one. Just back from four weeks on P3 for surgery. All is well and I am 100 percent. Day one is much easier after phase three than it was when I first started in October. Last 18 pounds- BE GONE!!!!!

Yeah!!!! I started IP less than a month before Christmas and stuck to the program even though I was tempted. After that, I knew I make it. So Easter was a breeze. I wasn't even tempted by the kids' candy.

I don't know what the Dieter's tea is. Can you please explain or point me to a thread that has more details?

Thanks! My coach was super excited. She said that most people justify cheating while they're on vacation and was thrilled that I hadn't.

I was happy to finally lose some more inches. I hadn't lost any in two weeks. My clinic measures every week and only measures the upper arm, bust, waist, and hips.
