Anyone still rebooting? We started real phase 1 again yesterday...although for me this is just the usual weekday eating pattern. Hopefully dh will stick with it over the weekend. I can be easily led astray now that I am in my maintain range....but, oh, to see 140...

It's amazing how much fluid we can retain! You will pee it out in not time!

Hey-
Thought I would bump this thread since I am probably going to be hanging out here in the coming weeks :) I am going to join you on a reboot (except I won't be starting until the 6th). I am a little over what I like to be, but would also like to get under 130. I am giving myself 6 weeks back on P1 to see if I can get into the 120's. I have been toying with the idea for a while but it wasn't until recently that I actually felt ready to do it and make the commitment. I am actually excited about it and to see if I can get into the 120's. It has been almost 1 year since I started IP and I think it is a good time for me to jump back onto P1. I am going to do a combination of IP and alternatives this time. I ordered a couple of boxes from Nashua to get me started and I purchased a box of the RTD chocolate from my clinic. I just haven't found anything that I like as much as those, and they are great to throw in my gym bag for a post workout shake. I am supposed to get my nashua shipment tomorrow so I will be all set to start on Sunday. I am hoping that I will have more free time in the coming weeks so I can get on 3FC more for support. I can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel of my last 6 weeks of craziness :) |

Starting reboot today. I am staying around 137 and would like to be either low 130's or in the 120's. I originally finished at 130 last March (2011)- hung around 132 for a few months, then 134 for a few more and now 137 for a few, I don't want to keep slowly climbing up any more! TIme for a downward surge! Good luck to everyone! I will be heading to my clinic on Thursday - until then, I'm using up all the IP products that I have avoided in the past couple of months! I will be rewarding myself with some IP Chocolate Drink Mix and Mango RTD (love them both!) Can't wait!

I was up 15 pounds (actually 16-17) when I started my reboot the end of March....I rebooting for 2 weeks and dropped 7 pounds...then went on vacation and packed it back on. Then I was perfect 2 weeks and then went to a wedding and drank 2 weekends ago...and put 3 back on. Finally on a roll....down about 10...But when I think about it...I still weigh 75 less than 2 years ago! |
Hey girls :). I restarted IP Alternatives 5 weeks ago after being in maintenance since Jan. I got to 137 but went up to 142 after I phased off. I was good for a little while until I went on vacation and it just went downward from there :(.
I ended up gaining too much (15 pounds yikes!) and decided I couldn't continue like that. Well problem is I've been bouncing between 147-148 for almost 3 weeks now! :( When I first lost the weight I was going to the gym 5 days a week. Since I moved and there is no affordable gym around I haven't been able to go. I really wonder if this is my problem. I've tried getting back into running (what I did for cardio at the gym) and I can't even go for more than a minute outside :(. I'm so mad at myself for doing this.. YET again. At least I caught it early.. last time I let myself get to 200 before pushing my butt back into gear. |
