sluggo88, I just cut down on junk food and ate a little healthier. I dont count calories. I eat what my body needs. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week, go to zumba 1-2 times a week and I go to hot yoga everyday. Also, when at home and not able to go to the gym (when temp is -30C or below), I have a pull up bar on the door way and my treadmill.

You look amazing! I absolutely love the final picture. You look so strong and fit. Good for you! At the end of this, that is what I want to be strong and fit like that!

Yes, less junkfood. I stopped counting calories a long time ago. My health and my family are my biggest motivation. Just 4 days ago, the husband and I decided to do a 30day Paleo challenge. Not to lose weight, but to detox ourselves from the processed food, basically to make us healthier. And so far, we both are doing well with the challenge.
