2 runny-yolk over easy eggs
1 serving of Heinz beans (the English ones)
few dashes of hot sauce
coffee and milk
Cals: About 270
Macros: 32% carbs, 34% fat, 34% protein
Wow, I didn't realize how macro-balanced this breakfast is!
Yesterday I had a big bowl of cereal with milk. Starting off the day with so many carbs and relatively little protein and fat did increase my appetite. I was hungrier than normal yesterday, and I ate on the high end of my calorie range. That didn't seem to harm my weight loss though, since I hit a new low today!
I'd originally planned to make this open-faced, but I keep the bread in the freezer and when I went to pull out a slice, two came out attached, so I went with it. I'm curious to see if that amount of carbs at one meal increases my hunger today, or if the large amount of protein and absence of sugar offset an appetite increase.
UPDATE: I did end up having a larger appetite than usual that day. Hard to know if it was due to the breakfast or other factors though.

Yesterday:
Half a baked potato with butter.
Topped with 2 over easy eggs and hot sauce.
A long-time favorite.
Today:
Chobani coconut yogurt with an almond and walnut packet stirred in.
1 hard boiled egg.
Cals: 310
Macros: 24% carbs (16 g net), 50% fat, 26% protein (21 g)
I used to stay away from Chobani bc it seemed higher sugar to me than Fage. Their numbers are basically the same though. I love both of them. Chobani's coconut and key lime yogurts are so delicious to me that I'd actually happily choose them over most desserts. But then, I'm not a big dessert eater. Except for when I am.
With both of these I also had coffee and milk. The way I make it typically provides 45 calories and 3.5 g of protein.
