he's doing very well. he spent the day in bed today as he fell again last night and didn't feel safe getting out of bed being at home alone. I had to work and he was still sawing logs when I left.

I woke too early this morning.

Last night I added on: Tamilee Webb's Total Body Stretch (standing) 10 Minutes legs up the wall

decided to go to mass tonight since I'm still wearing the clothes I wore to the bridal shower today. power walked there and power walked home. will fix supper for dad and me in a few minutes.
