Good morning!
Happy weekend!
Am very much hoping to get a workout in today. Planning on Leslie Sansone, strictly walking with no jogging as I'm still pretty weak.
Anyone have plans for the weekend?
Down 6 pounds this week!

Good morning, everybody!
Glad to see that you're doing a bit better,
TurboLaura - just mind that you don't overdo it today. Your body is in recovery.
My DH and I are going to Disneyland tomorrow for the last visit of our annual pass. We got one for this year and had soooooo much fun. It's really going to be tough to give it up. SIGH. I'll just have to earn the right back with some weight loss and mindful budget keeping!
Today's workout:
- rowing intervals, 40m
- Cize X 1
TGIF, y'all!

Hi all,
Went for a 7 km walk this morning ...... went with my friend - so very much a walk and talk ...
I'm curious .... How does it work when you walk with Leslie? - is it on a DVD or is it on a music player? On a treadmill? Or out in the elements?
Take care ...
