Hubby did 1 mile (almost) with me, he said he didn't know how I did it, his legs hurt. I think he might have been trying to make me feel good though. Sometimes I don't feel like what I am doing is enough, that I should be working out harder or longer. Sigh, I never feel like I am good enough I guess.
