I would guess that she means to not let them swing, to keep muscles firm and move the weight, don't let the weight move you.

I have depression, too, especially since my stoke 2 years ago. Dh had his knee replaced today..........long day.

Flexibility walk. I'd like to get my dh to do this. Trouble is he'll do anything for the physical therapist but not me. ha.

Home again. I hate to tell Leslie, but taking care of a post surgical patient is great exercise, especially one that can barely walk.
