Carol -- glad you're out of the hospital! Hope you're feeling better!

Didn't walk today. Tried the Zumba Rush - 20 min workout. Sheesh it might be harder than the 40 min workout! Also finished day 2 of my 30 day squat challenge.

I did 2 miles this morning. I used the AHA Start Walking with Leslie Sansone 2 mile dvd (why are the names sooooooo long)?!? LOL

Been sick again, sigh. Today was my first workout in a week. I went to the doctor and told him what all was going on so we changed some more stuff around and he said we will figure out what is going on and get it fixed. I will see my doctor again in a few weeks, so I am hopeful that I will not be like this forever.

Did my squats yesterday -- today is my squat rest day -- Walked 2 miles - WATP brisk walk. Also lifted weights -- 3lbs upper body.

No workout yesterday, I used it as a rest day since my muscles have been so sore. Only did my squats for the squat challenge.

Work out for today : 2 miles, break from squats

Hi Ladies!

It's almost the weekend! I managed to squeeze in a 2 mile walk this morning and my squats (Day 5 - 70 squats)... now I'm running off to work -- 11a-11p. THe 12 hour swing shifts are the worst.

hey gang i didn't get to exercise yesterday or today. both mornings i had to be at work EARLY!!! and there is just no way for me to get up even earlier than 5 am.

sometimes i feel like an old momma dog with a bunch of puppies hanging all over me i know y'all know what i'm talking about.

Great analogy, Cathy! Big milestone for one of my pups today. Got up at 4 a.m. to get him to his drivers license test and he passed!! That, and dealing with some other issues....including MORE dental issues, GRRRR....I only got in 3 (?) workouts this week. May try to get a quick one in tomorrow morning.

Surprisingly, no gain this week. Hoping to see another pound gone next week.
