Hey everyone - I just stumbled in
I've been doing a combination of Leslie videos and outside walking (weather permitting) this month. My goal is to accumulate one mile per day this month. I'm already notciing a difference - last week I had lost 3.25" off my body
TOM showed up today - so I was a slow day.. only 1/2 of Leslie's mile booster video. Hoping to feel better tomorrow and I'll do more outside.
I like doing both Leslie videos and outside.. more variety!
I get bored pretty easily...
I'll do individuals as I get to know you all a little better
