Default Slim in six

I'm new to this site but I was wondering if anyone has tried the Slim in Six program? I just ordered it and wondered how good it really is.

SI6 Burn it up will kick your butt. I have it in my rotation....I love the way my abs look when Im doing it regularly. I am a fitness video junkie and have tried most of what is out there....SI6 BIU is a tough thorough workout....that is unfortunately.....very boring. You will definately see results in the mirror...esp thighs and abs.

Hey dyellets...I also just order Slim in 6 this week. Maybe we could do a six-week challenge together to help stay motivated? Let me know!

I have the videos but have never lasted longer than a week before getting bored. I've been thinking about trying again though.

As far as I know it should be here early next week. I'm pretty excited too.

Hello,
I am feeling the excitement too! Sorry to butt in on you conversation but what are these videos?? Always looking for something to do when I don't make it to the gym. Let me know what you guys (gals) have for the video and I'll make a purchase and jump on the wagon(that is if you don't mind).
Thanks,
Lisa

Hey Lisa...it's the Slim in 6 series through Beachbody. You can check it out on beachbody.com but since I've ordered I've found it cheaper on ebay, wish I had checked there first! If you do order it and you're on ebay, check it out there!

Cyd,
Thanks I will check it out on ebay(I love ebay!) Have you heard of anything that you listen to while on treadmill other than what you put on your ipod? There are some walking stuff I think unless they are only videos to watch while on the treadmill. And how about the exercise balls??

Talking

I was just getting ready to order SI6, mentioned it to my dad while dropping my son of for the weekend and bam! I walked away with it in my hands!
Apparently he had ordered it for himself a couple years back and never used it. Now it's mine. Talk about meant to be! So I started it today is day 3, I'm still on SIU but I can almost get through it all. My problem is mostly with the arms, they really ache cause they are so weak. Have any of you gotten your SI6 yet?

Lisa,

If you want audio to use on a treadmill:

I've tried "Cardio Coach" and find them very motivating. They are audio cd workouts you can use on a treadmill, recumbent bike, elliptical or running outside.

I think the website is "cardiocoach.com"

You can hear clips at collagevideo.com

There are reviews for it at videofitness.com

There are volumes one through six, and they get progressively longer and harder.

HTH-
Sherry

There's also a series of audio workouts called "itrain" I think the website is itrain.com I've only tried the recumbent bike workouts called icycle, and enjoy them. They do have treadmill workouts called "itread"
