I did! I just got done with Total Muscle Shaping, which is part of the Total Body Sculpting system and uses the incline step. Tomorrow I'll probably do one of my more cardio type firm workouts.

I did 35 minutes yesterday again but could only muster 15 minutes of cardio overdrive today.

I looked over cardio party but just can't seem to get into it, does anyone else have this problem?

I ordered my transfirmation right after Christmas. They processed my order on the 27th, and I still have not received it yet. We are leaving for vacation Friday, I was hoping to have it before then!
I can't wait to start

I have been looking at the transFIRMation system all morning. I saw an infomercial on it earlier and it looks great. I am a WATP's girl so what kind of things does this have that would make me want to change over? Should I buy it? Is it worth the money?

I'm thinking of breaking and ordering the transfirmer series because I can order it off amazon and I can use the step for my other FIRMs I've had for years but no step. Is it worth it?

Daimere - I think it's totally worth it if you are wanting to step. I have the transfirmer series with the step and love it. I use it with all my regular step videos and videos that use a high step. Regular steps can increase from 6 to 8" like this one does, and even work as a high step (14"), but you'd have to add a lot of expensive risers to them. This step can also be used on an incline. The Firm is the only one that uses an incline that I've found, but I do like the routines on the incline for something a little different. I've also had good results with the transfirmer videos but they can be tough.

I did the Jiggle Free arms dvd this morning. I raised my weights and went all out on the cardio part, and got a really good workout.

Anyone else "firm" today?

I have been doing the new firm for about two weeks and have already lost 8 lbs... I love Hi-def sculpt and Hard core fusion and I really don't mind the cardio overdrive... I hate the cardio party and find myself skipping that disc. This is going to sound corny but for cardio workout I play dance dance revolution for and hour three times a week. Anyone know any more good cardio workouts?

I found the transfirmation kit on amazon. So it's going to be shipped tomorrow. Hopefully a friend of mine bought me the transfirmer the other day and I should get it any day. ^_^

Did you order it through the Firm website? They really aren't very efficient, are they? Try ordering through Amazon. They're much better.

Thumbs up

Hi ALL!

I'm also a Walk Away the Pounds follower, but I decided I wanted something a different and got a good deal on the TransFIRMation kit in Dec. I did the Hi-Def Sculpt yesterday. I didn't look to see how long it was, and it seemed to go on forever (I checked after I was finished and it's 55 minutes - I was thinking it had been 45 minutes). I thought it gave a very good overall body muscle workout and I liked that it included stretching throughout it (they say stretching is good for ya). I didn't get all of the moves perfectly, but I kept up pretty good. I went ahead and used my 3 pound weights with it since I had been doing the WATP workouts with those same weights.

According to the "Jump Start Workout Calendar", I'm suppose to do the Cardio Party today (well, tonight now), but I've heard some people say they don't like it. If you don't like it, what is it about that one you don't like? Thanks!
