eat healthy, and keep active. don't be afraid to treat yourself every now and then. don't worry about messing up, just remember that you have to get up and try again.

I can't live without sharp cheddar cheese...I did for an entire year on a "low fat/low calorie" diet and I MISSED it.

Information refuting the above lie: Women CAN lift and lift heavy and they won't look like a man. Women -can't- get bulky without chemical enhancement. And lifting is good for ya!

Develop an eating & exercise plan that you can stick into your life daily, & push through the difficulty long enough & it will become habit. Still not easy, but certainly easier. Eventually. Eating smart & exercise is as important as brushing your teeth & taking a shower...you wouldn't skip those things because you "just don't want to" would you? No, it doesn't even cross your mind, that is because you have been doing it over & over for years. Do the same thing with smart eating & exercise. Start now.
