I CAN NOT for the life of me get under 130!.. It's been 2 years......... I am currently 131.. I dipped to 130 before my vacation down south, gained 3 pounds while away and have been working since the 16 of Jan to rid these pounds.. Whenever I think I'm getting there something comes up, like TOM! jeepers.
I am a 35 year old mom of 4 (10 year old triplets, 12 year old singleton). I work from home BUT am pretty active. I work out DAILY and aim to burn between 300-400 calories per workout. I eat 1200 -1500 calories a day. I do hiit, strength, running... (now crying, lol) I count my calories using fitness pal and recently started to track weight watcher points at the same time.. It's getting to be annoying and quite the task...
I have NO clue what I am doing wrong - do I work out more, eat less.. I'm lost, confused and super frustrated..
I'm not shrinking....Why??
