Friday I was 127.2. Today I was 130.2. GRRR.

128.4 this morning ... improving, but I still keep seeing 130 every few days. I need to poo more. Hahaha.

Hey ladies,
I've been away for a few weeks now because I knew with my trip and kids egtting back to school that I wouldnt have time to be dieting. I know that I am up from where I was 134-136 for most of the summer but I am hoping that it isn't too bad. The last time I weighed in was 140.5 but that was the end of the day so I am assuming I am somewhere in the high 130's. My goal is to do the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred along with follow a meal plan and hopefully see 125 by Christmas.

I was shocked to see 140.5 on the scale this am. But I am confident that the first 4-5 lbs will fly off me now that I am back on the wagon seeing as I was 134 only 3 weeks ago.

I'm starting 30 day shred today, and a 1200 calorie plan...gonna try my darned hardest to stick with it! Taking before and after measurements today, and pics if I can find my camera.

135 this morning.

Kifli- I am so happy to have someone doing the 30 day shred with me. We can motivate each other. 139.5 this am SO happy to be back in the 30's again and so ready to move on to the 20's.

Hi all wishing to see the 130s in the rearview...newbie to 3FC here but not to dieting. Over the last couple years I've slowly been creeping towards my ultimate goals, with the occasional 5-10 pound and fitness set backs.

I'm working towards 125 at the beginning of Jan. I think it will be difficult given autumn/winter setting in and the holidays, but last Jan I was nearly 145, and I'd much rather be 125 this coming year!

Atmos- Welcome to 3FC!

Sarahlynn- I am glad we are doing the shred together I'm having a terrible time with weight loss. I switched to a lower carb, moderate protein low calorie diet, but I started a new job and it was just too extreme....I couldn't function right. So I'm back to just regular calorie counting. What kind of meal plan are you following?
I finished day 3 today, but my weight has stayed the same the last 3 days at 135.
I played lazy tennis this morning with my husband, but for the most part, I will be just doing the video for exercise.

Back to 139.2 this morning for some reason, hoping for a nice big woosh all the way into the 120s .. or at least a little lower dammit!
