I'm having a terrible time with weight loss. I switched to a lower carb, moderate protein low calorie diet, but I started a new job and it was just too extreme....I couldn't function right. So I'm back to just regular calorie counting. What kind of meal plan are you following?
I finished day 3 today, but my weight has stayed the same the last 3 days at 135.
I played lazy tennis this morning with my husband, but for the most part, I will be just doing the video for exercise.
