I have 400 workout min to go and only 9 days to get it done! Therefore I need to workout 45min daily to meet my goal! I bought a bike so mom and I are going to do it tonight for about an hour and on thursday for just as long if not longer!

Good job on the work out girls!

Question: What is the best ab workout there is? On the floor or on the yoga ball???? How many should I do to get good results?

My ticker ran out. I guess that means that I can do 20 minutes of cardio a day. So I'm going to delete that ticker but it was very motivational so if I need it, I'll get a new one.

Abs Rebeca? ... I don't know what's best. That's probably one of those "which ever one you like and will do" questions. I do all kinds of things for abs. I think I stole some from a pilates video. I probably got some off exrx.com (it might be exrx.net) and www.stumptuous.com and from 3fc.

REbecca -- The best ab workouts are, like Susan said, the ones you like... But change is good so do some that you don't like too you'll get better results by changing your workout every few weeks......

SusanB - my ticker ran out too! I thought about adjusting my goal, and prob will - but I want to look at it all full for a couple more days.

Tonight went and played in the pool for 45 min, kept moving the whole time. According to FitDay, this is "Swimming, leisurely, not laps" and I burned almost 300 calories. Is this possible? Do I count the 45 min as exercise, or just call it something fun that I did which might have burned a few?

Seems like too much fun to count the minutes. :-)

That's really important for us to remember Mandalinn ... exercise doesn't have to formal or gruelling. It can be a fun activity. If I'm not sure if I really 'put out' for the entire time, I just adjust the time a little shorter. But even breathing just standing in chest deep water uses more calories, doesn't it?

I'm counting it - especially since I feel it in my arms today. Amazing how turning into a 6 year old in the pool (think somersaults and handstands) can do so much for the arm muscles! And I know I was moving the entire time - I can't stand still in a pool, it makes me feel like a mermaid.

This morning - 30 min stability ball, 40 min cardio on the rebounder, and 100 crunches.

Something else turned out to be gardening and some plain old aerobics in front of the hockey game (which turned out WRONG!)
