I exercise in the evenings. I'm not a morning person in the least, and anyone who knows me will back that up. I would rather sleep in & I'm not willing to give up my sleep to do exercise.
I tend to exercise after dinner, though I tend to wait at least 30 minutes after we've finished if we're eating in. It makes me feel like I've burned off what I've had, so it's more motivating for me.
If I didn't work, I'd probably try to organise my exercise in the afternoon, so you can do errands in the morning and still have the evening free to enjoy, but unfortunately there's no on-site gym at work, and none nearby to make the effort to go at lunch.
