  • I exercise in the evenings. I'm not a morning person in the least, and anyone who knows me will back that up. I would rather sleep in & I'm not willing to give up my sleep to do exercise.

I tend to exercise after dinner, though I tend to wait at least 30 minutes after we've finished if we're eating in. It makes me feel like I've burned off what I've had, so it's more motivating for me.

If I didn't work, I'd probably try to organise my exercise in the afternoon, so you can do errands in the morning and still have the evening free to enjoy, but unfortunately there's no on-site gym at work, and none nearby to make the effort to go at lunch.
  • I used to work out in the mornings because everyone told me it was better. But personally I am not a morning person and so I wasnt exercising to my potential. For the past 6 months I have been going after work and before dinner. It makes sense for me because I am totally a night time snacker and I find that if I eat dinner later, it keeps me out of the pantry...
You have to find that schedule that works for you whether its morning or evening. A long as you are exercising, its a good thing!
