Just finished day 2, week 1 of the c25k. OUCH! Then I worked out on the Weight lifting machines, arms, chest, & legs, and I seriously thought my happy *** was gonna do the ellipitical, even though I never have, WHATEVERRRRRR! I didn't last 5 minutes! That thing is Hard!!!! LOL!
Yesterday
60 on the elliptical
60 strength training
Today - nothing! Have been helping, though, at my partner's shop (she's a florist) for 7 hours last night until 2 am, and then again for 6 hours today...lots of lifting of heavy vases and squatting to put them down, etc, so I'm calling it OK to skip, especially considering the very little sleep I've gotten.
I played Tennis today...My weight in is 2/15 - my 3rd one -- the second WI I lost 6 pounds -- I am hoping for a good one tomorrow as well -- I told myself I would be active everyday and I wasn't....But tomorrow is a new day! I just need a plan - that's all!!

Amanda: 13 hours lower back strain...I'd call that a workout!
Diva, I haven't seen these mysterious elliptical machines in person yet, but they sound like torture devices, so of course I plan to try that when we get our Y membership this month...and to all of you elliptical masters...all I can say is, wow!
WWGirl, and good for you on the tennis today! That's a good workout, for sure!
As for me, 30 mins running (that sounds more impressive than jogging, doesn't it?)
