WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I binge and starve, I tend to jump from one disorder to another. I realize what I am doing but have no control over it. Right now I have been binging, I eat healthy foods and have no need for fast food but things like pb or nutella (condiments in general) I have lame self control over. I exercise like crazy I try to go for 5x a week usually for least 90 minutes. I sometimes go for 30 min and do a hardcore interval thing.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: That I am on a forum with people who can help me. Also tomorrow my friend will help me learn to run, running is something that I would want to take up.
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU? Well right now i feel really hungry, I plan on drinking a hot cup of tea and then heading for the gym.
Hello,
Normally, is depression a continuation of a certain bad event that happened in your life? Does it continue especially if you over analyze or think things and you just kept it all to yourself? Depression is normal to appear, right?
............................................
HOBBIES/INTERESTS: Movies, movies, movies... but also reading, writing, being with loved ones, walking, etc.
PETS: I adore animals but I don't have any of my own
TOP WEIGHT: Almost 280...? I was so ashamed of myself I don't even know the exact number
CURRENT WEIGHT: I haven't checked lately but it's 230-something
GOAL WEIGHT: I'd be really happy to get back down to at least 180. I was doing GREAT a couple of years ago but have been through a rough patch and gained weight again
HEIGHT: 5'2"
EYE COLOR: Blue
HAIR COLOR: "Brownish-blondish"
OCCUPATION: Nothing "objectionable" (haha) but I don't talk about it online
GEOGRAPHIC LOCATION: Walpole, MA... USA!
WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: I'll be eating healthy and exercising for a few weeks at a time... then sometimes spiral downward if I'm feeling particularly bad about myself/am stressed out
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: I've really come to recognize when I'm feeling vulnerable. Instead of feeding my bad feelings with food I've learned to do other things such as take a nice bath, walk, play with animals, talk to someone I love, etc. I also know that I don't have to COMPLETELY deprive myself of "treats." Everything in moderation
ANYTHING ELSE YOU WOULD LIKE PEOPLE TO KNOW ABOUT YOU?: I strive to be nice to others. I'm hard on my own self at times but I just want other people struggling with their issues to know that they are only human. We all make mistakes and that you should forgive yourself (and others) and be KIND to yourself! You are you regardless of how much you weigh
