portions(generally the pot of leftovers) and carbs( the pot usually contains
rice or pasta!) The fact that I never exercise may have something to do with
it too.

WHAT IS YOUR BIGGEST PROBLEM IN WEIGHT LOSS: The clue's in the question lol but I think my biggest hurdle is going to be eating because I'm hungry, rather than bored or down. My emotions control my eating habits 24/7! Being able to control portion sizes and making healthy food choices is also tough sometimes, so I'd like to conquer those.
WHAT IS DIFFERENT THIS TIME THAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL: The idea that if I don't act now, the only thing that's going to happen is I get bigger and bigger and I find it hard to face the world enough now, so I really can't comprehend gaining. I'm not living life as I should be because of my weight, and knowing what I'm missing out on hurts like ****, and it scares me to think that this could be the rest of my life. I'm more determined than ever to be the me I always wanted to be!

I'm seeing a councelor every other week and have the support of my husband, mother, aunt and uncle (tho uncle's support is limited now by moderate stage alzheimers).

CHILDREN/AGES: do nieces count?! i sure do spend lots of time with them! they're 3 and 2 years old.
HOBBIES/INTERESTS: drawing, graphic design, reading, writing, obsession with music and film, coming up with new projects to do with my nieces. i spend all of my time with family because i've taken on a bit of a caretaker role over the past 2 or 3 years. so...i basically love anything that is not connected to my family.
