Goal is 5x per week to walk 10 minutes 1st week and 2nd week, 15 minutes 3rd and 4th.
Goal for May is 250 minutes

I’m on target with my plan to exercise at least an hour each day this week, since I have family arriving on the weekend and I likely won’t be able to do much once they're here.

May 1: 30 min treadmill + 30 min elliptical (60/60)
May 2: 15 min treadmill + 15 min elliptical + 30 minute walk (60/120)
May 3: 30 min treadmill + 30 min elliptical (60/180)

I managed to workout in my gym this morning, but it was too late to do much by the time I got home from work, plus I was tired. So, only 30 minutes today.
