April 10... one-third of the month gone, one-third of the way to goal (with five minutes to spare)

On track, but just barely.

Not quite at third-of-the-way point, but almost! Let's see if I can get to 500 minutes on the 15th -- that's an average of almost 40 minutes a day. That will take some doing, but it's not out of the realm of possibilities.

I took a long walk this morning. I was planning to do another this afternoon, but then I twisted my ankle while grocery shopping. My ankle is feeling a bit better now and I'm hoping that's a sign that this is a very minor injury!

Tuscany: I hope you heal fast! I used to suffer for a long time after a twisted ankle, but I think my ankles got smarter and refuse to twist so far. Now, I heal quite quickly.

Thanks, Joy. I didn't go for my walk today, but I managed to get in a short workout. My ankle is feeling much better this evening than it was yesterday and I no longer need my walking stick for balance, so I think I'll be back to my power walks tomorrow.
