Well I had a slow month for September based on July and August, but hoping my body sheds some more weight this month. Sorry not been updating as intended. is it do-able to lose 25lb in 3 moths.. well I have already in the last 3 months - so my game face stays on and I need to remember to stay strong as we have Halloween and 2 birthday parties for my children before xmas arrives.
On December 1, 2014 I weighed 152.8. I would like to be at that weight by Christmas.

09/25 ~ 172.4 (-1.6) second day on the Dukan Diet <--- fell off the wagon, picked up again on the 26th
09/28 ~ 169.8 (-2.6)

PurpleJ, I loss 30lbs in that time period. I started my journey the first time June 1, 2010 by September 24, 2010 I was down 30lbs. I had cut out all fried foods, junk and soda (for the most part) I started walking and eventually got up to 3 miles a day and the weight came off. I wish I had that drive and the will this go around, smh. Some day it will come but anywho YOU CAN DO AGAIN!! My family birthdays start now also, 10/16 and 10/17 but hubby likes carrot cake so no worries there I don't like that. But my son likes regular birthday cake and my weakness is white icing, not buttercreme ) then the birthdays are Dec, Jan, Feb and March

Thanks appreciate the support, I know the feeling on birthdays, ours are between November and April so have the worst part of the year coming up if you include Halloween, xmas and new year. lol I'll manage though and remember i'm lighter than I would have been. I managed to put on a waterproof jacket this morning I couldn't wear a couple of months ago, ideal to be back in it for autumn dog walking
Hi ladies, back after a long moratorium in here and would love to join this Christmas challenge. I will place my goals with lbs. lost as a - with number, 0 for no loss, or + with number for a gain. My minimum goal is a 22lb. loss by Christmas. THanks for starting this thread
I was just thinking, and if it is ok with you Vickie lou, that we create a sister thread for chat? so that here we paste our goal and progress on our chart but we have another place and or thread where we can chat?? How many others would like this?
My goal is 15+ lbs to at least 149.6.
