Hey everyone! Today is my weigh in day. 172.2. That's where I'll start next month. Good to see the losses! Congratulations to all that made goal. For those of you that didn't...Congratulations! You still showed dedication by showing up and being accountable!
Joy - I hope you are planning to do the thread for next month. It is so helpful to have a supportive group to be a part of!
Jaqui - Wow your numbers are amazing, congratulations on a great month!
For me, May has been a whirlwind of events, parties, etc. Hopefully things will slow down some, and I can focus a little bit more on me. I am not going to meet my 10lb goal this month, but as of this morning I finally reached my first 50lb loss. So...I am extremely happy with that.
Thank you Cakegirl and Noggs! Cake, woohoo on the 1-lb drop! Good job! Noggs, congrats on the 50-lb loss!!! That's wonderful!!! Boating, yay! Can't wait to have you join us!

One more day...I have come to terms that I will not make goal this month but next months goal is going to be huge to make up for at least a little. Still happy that my numbers are going down when I actually stick to my plan...need less days of fruit gorging and need to keep away from cereal as well as any other carb/gluten ridden item when I am feeling weak! Hope you all made it to goal! Have a great weekend!!!

05/31 247 (not sure of my numbers today since my back went out yesterday! ugh but I think it is safe to say they stayed the same...laying around all day does not help)
Well first of all I'm so proud of all the progress made this month. to everyone. And to all that hit their May goals.
Unfortunately, I did not hit goal but I'm going to use that as motivation for June. I worked hard and I will be proud of the pounds I did lose this month. See you guys in the June thread.
I'm hopeful the gain is just water weight, as I know I have not exceeded calories to have a gain. I just can't explain what my body is doing. Hopefully, with changing up my plan I will get out of this rut. I will take those 5 pounds for the month though and be happy that I am 5 pounds lighter than last month.
Great job to everyone who met their goals or lost weight!
Another month maintaining for me. I really hope next month will be different. I really stepped up the activity this month so I'm hoping next month the hunger subsides a bit and I can reap the benefits on the scale of working out so much.

I am a little late "Weighting" in but I wanted to get out of the 300's for my May goal and i am at 300.5 pounds. hahaha just missed it by a hair on my chinny chin chin. Dang it. The amazing thing is that BMI went down by 2.1% and I did lose 9 pounds and another 3 inches
The 4th was my birthday so I have cheated extra this month and so I think I did purdy darn good all things considering. I even went to Red Robin and had a huge Blue Cheese burger with Sweet Potato Fries the week AFTER my birthday cause I was like heck, I deserve this crap after working so hard for 4 months. lol
Anyway, June goal here I come. Congrats to everyone who did worked hard in May and who will work even harder in June.
