well, this is the fourth day of April and I have not made it to the gym yet. However, I have worked everyday this whole week, today being the first time I made it home before dark. Some nights not home til after 9. Today I Finished up and got back before 5 and jumped on the garden getting some things done I flat out did not have time to do. Just finished digging 4 inch trenches and placing drip tube under them. Have 4 more to do tomorrow then I can plant the areas and hopefully do not have a work call so I can.
I see I need to modify my goal to accommodate working days where I simply do not have time to go to the gym. I don't know how to do that other than just state maybe something like two working days constitute same as going to the gym once. So twice for me this week.
I am still feeling OK, better each day except for getting wore out from hard work ......... light physical work combined with up and down ladders all day.
4/01: 75 min walk; 75/1500 min
4/02: 75 min walk; 150/1500 min
4/04: 75 min walk; 30 minutes of weight training (+ 30 minutes of brisk walking to the gym which I won't count) 255/1500 min

My goal for April is 1200 minutes, which I should be able to make averaging 40 minutes per day and 6 yoga sessions
