Side note- my other goal was to get more water in, just really started & while it I've been up and down this week, the last 3 days (with h20 added) has trended slightly down.
So close to my goal! Unfortunately, we're eating out at a Chinese restaurant tonight so my likelihood of making it tomorrow is nil. But I'll eat today as if I believed that I could make my goal tomorrow.

My weight bounces like a ping pong ball Chinese is mainly vegetable anyway with a healthy amount of sodium/msg But MMMMM tasty I would not give that 2 lbs of liquid you are carrying around right now a second thought I am 3 1/2 lbs more than I started the month with today, but I know that by the end of the month the scales will have removed that 3 1/2 plus another 6 to make my goal... that is the way it is for me NOt gonna worry about it but if I did not know I have been taking in less than maintenance amount for me it would bother me.
Hi All, I'm hoping that I can join late this month. I lost a lot of weight before getting pregnant with these challenges last year, and I want to get my baby weight off!!! My little guy is 10 weeks and I need some more motivation (Although I'm not sure I'll have time everyday to post!)
I weighed in this morning at 159.2. I would love to lose another 2.2 lbs by the end of the month.
a bit discouraged, as I haven't gone over 1400 calories a day :P
I know that it's TOM, and my PMS was crazy this month. Encouraging words are needed.

Turtle- Welcome to the group! My little guy is 6 weeks old this Friday. Have you started any exercise yet, or just watching your diet right now?
Berlin- I'm sure that will come off soon, you've been doing a great job staying in your calories, and once TOM leaves, you'll be right as rain! Keep going, you're doing a great job!
I'm so close- hoping that I'll make my goal this month! That scale was so close to staying at 187 this morning, then flipped up to 188.0
