I didn't do very good this week on my exercise. Honestly I'm burned out on the 20 Day Shred. I just can't seem to get myself motivated to do it. So I'm going to step back from it for a while and do something different for exercise. I got out my Wii Fit last night and spent 65 minutes on there doing various exercises. 20 minutes of it was in the Free Run program. I like that one because it makes me feel like I'm going for a run without having to leave my living room.
I rode the stationary bike at lunch for 45 minutes today. We're also planning on going swimming at my mom's house tonight after work! Hooray for burning more calories!
Today was a great day for exercise! I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, 15 minutes on the stationary bike, and then swam for 1 hour and 20 minutes at my mom's house after work!
