I am sure there are several people liek me who struggle with getting that exercise in. I'd like to propose a challenge to all who wish to accept it!
The challenge is simple: GIT-R-DONE! Yes, think of Larry the Cable Guy's catch phrase! No matter what happens in the day, find the time to squeeze in a little bit of exercise. It can be a full out gym routine or something as small as weight lifting with soup cans at home! Just get out there and move a bit every day!
Then come back and tell us hat you did to get your exercise in for the day!
The trick is to not make any excuses and to make it happen. There are 24 long hours in every day. I am sure we can all find the time to do one exercise item every day! I'm really, really good at making excuses as to why I can't fit in my exercise. But that ends NOW! Who's with me?
