I just finished the boom shakalak or whatever that workout challenge is.

I did 50 lunges
50 pushups
50 crunches
50 butt burners
50 calf raises
And I did 50 leg raises because I thought it was the other move. Lol

I can't believe how quickly this thread moves!

Sorry for the lack of updates my friends, I got to admit I was starting to slip last week and started to see a gain at the beginning of the week. I went up to 177 lbs from 174 lbs, but I started my eating plan and are now back down to 174 lbs! Woohoo! Hope all is well!

Oh well. I had a good run yesterday. Whoo.
Must go get my lunch together. There are bananas, apples, peaches and hopefully some kind of vegetable in my fridge waiting for me.

Only walked for exercise lately, given me more time for rest and sleep, starting to feel better, always seem to short myself on sleep but i think i need to make it more of a priority ongoing.

Hey everyone! We're off to Jamaica at 3:30 tomorrow morning, so today, I am frantically trying to finish a few writing assignments, go to a meeting and get packed and ready to go.

Pokey - Have a wonderful time in Jamaica! Isn't it funny how it's no problem to be up and out of the house at 3:30 a.m. when you're on your way to having fun?

Good workout this morning for me (kickboxing and a 1 mile jog), but I have to tell you that my BOOM is definitely feeling the SHAKA LAKA today!!

My kids have a 90 minute karate class tonight, so I'll get in a 6 mile walk and one more Jeanettey challenge while they're gone. Then I'm thinking about a nice hot epsom salt bath.
