Yes, but I think it's freaking me out more than anything!! LOL!! I don't know if you're ever really ready to have kids...I'm enjoying it being just us right now, but my clock is ticking and I am very excited to get pregnant and have kids.

Congratulations Just1More.
I think I need to kick up my fitness. So far I've just been walking and I know it's helping but doesn't do a ton for overall cardio.
I was thinking of trying the C25K program I've seen mentioned around. Anyone else done this?
Thanks

Kelley, to amp up your walking try this...

Walk for 3 mins, Jog/walk really really fast for 1 min, then walk for 3 mins (repeat for 30mins).

Eventually the goal is to run for 3mins and walk for 1...flipping it.

The rapid acceleration and deceleration of your heart rate actually burns more fat calories.

-----

I tried Yoga tonight....its for skinny people who want to tone and strengthen, not for fat people with 100 extra lbs to do a downward dog....but I toughed it out for an hour, but I think I'll get more out of my run/walk cycling on the treadmill.

LOL!! This made me laugh because I do yoga...I did yoga at my heaviest (274) and I remember it was not the easiest thing in the world!! Good for you for at least trying it, though. I think a lot of it is just getting used to the moves and figuring out how your body works while you're doing yoga.

Good! It really is relaxing once you get the hang of the moves. I always feel very refreshed when I come out of yoga. A lot of it is the deep breathing, too. Good luck...keep me posted!

Kelley,

I did C25K before I had DD and it was awesome. I did it over 15 weeks versus the 9 week schedule. I plan on doing it again so once I get back into walking.

Hi ladies!

How's life? I've been away for a couple of months in the hospital, but am back and feeling much better.

It seems this thread has died down quite a bit.

QUESTION: when you get your BFP do you have baby names in mind already?

Hey, Body! I'm sorry to hear you were in the hospital!! I'm glad you are back and feeling better.

I have so many names flowing through my head, but nothing ever really sticks. I want something different, but not soooo different that it's weird. How about you?

Good Question. We already have names bouncing around, but we only fully agree on the boy name, which probably means we'll end up with a girl

Hi Everyone,

I just notice this thread, and I very much want to join.
Our baby plans is to start ttc starting either August 2011 or September 2011.

I am counting calories, and this month I have been using
"30 day shred".
