Scroll up to the top of this page;
Click on "Chicks Up For a Challenge" (small blue type);
That'll take you to the home page;
On the left-hand side about half way down there's a box called "New Thread"
Click on that, and you're all set.

Congrats Jello!!! Way to go on the 5 pound loss so quickly. Although, i gotta say i am happy that you did because i definately want to join the next challenge. I really think i have my act together and will be eating on plan and definately getting my daily excersize in with my new elliptical i just received last night. So this challenge couldn't start over at a better time. Woo Hoo!!!
