I know how you feel FB! I was up 3Lb from my starting weight for this challenge the other day and 4.5lb from my lowest weight this challenge. Thankfully I lost all that gain until tommorrow anyways.

Morning!
My scale said two different things...first it was -0.7 then it said -2.9. I think I need a new scale - I'm using my wii fit board as my scale, has anyone noticed issues with this? This is the first time I've noticed a problem like this...I'm going with the lesser loss. I'm sure it's more accurate...

Good job Kristen for making yourself accountable! I hardly know anyone who didn't have some holiday effect on their numbers, but we just get back on the wagon and keep on with it!
I have not gotten back into the swing of exercise, so I'm happy with my small loss.

Hey Julie! Yeah, It's crazy actually. I totally stayed away from the scale and stopped thinking about food 24/7 but kept aware of what I was eating (and kept working out) and this morning for the heck of it I decided to get on the scale. I got off and on about 10 times and even made my husband come and look. I couldn't believe it...

Hi Everyone! I ddin't go to work today because we had an ice storm last night and my kids didn't go to school so I had to stay home. Since I didn't go to work and did a lot of work here at home. It feels so good to get some extra things done.

I didn't exercise today. I felt like my body needed a rest. We'll exercise again tomorrow.

SW: 244.6
CW: 241.4 (-3.2)
GW: 239.6

I like doing this 5lb weight loss because it is an obtainable mini goal.
