Well i would like to lose 20 pounds for christmas..I join a program it;s called simply for life..hope it works...Well i've lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks .I will keep you guys posted..By the way do you see my diet traker?

Jumping in here, too. Would be great to manage to do that, if Her Majesty My Body is in a good mood. I had a plateau for 6 months, and now, even though pounds are beginning to go away again, I have no idea how long this trend will last.

Good luck to all, as long as we do the right things, we'll get there, sooner or later!

I think I may be joining this challenge too late to pull it off. But hey, thats part of the challenge. Ill have to lose, like 5 pounds a week to do this. But Im in!!

Wow..it has been a long time since I checked in here. I started this thread at 237 and wanted to lose 20 lbs. Well, I have lost 10 of those and need to lose another 10 by Christmas. It is going to be hard but I am still going for it! Hope everyone is losing!
