Okay....today is the day....how did everyone do?? My goal was 130. I was beginning to think i was never going to drop below 134 and yesterday....i dropped to 133. This morning imagine how blown away i was when i got on the scale and it said......131.5!!!! What???? 2.5 pounds in 2 days?!?!?! I couldn't believe it. So...i ended up today only be 1.5 pounds away from my goal. I am soooo happy. I hope everyone else is having a great day!!!

Congrats to all of you losers!!! Everyone did so good on this challenge!
lumifan4ever~ that is awesome! Almost to your goal. Yay!
I didn't get to where I wanted to be, only lost about 3 lbs, but that's ok, I got on the scale this morning and I am down more since yesterday, so headed in the right direction. Way to go everyone!

Wow!!! SKinnyvibes...look at you!!! 88 pounds gone!! That is amazing!!! I'm struggling to get to my double digit 6's and you've got double digit 8's!!! Way to go!!! Keep up the awesome job. Girl...it is all downhill from here!!! Do you mind telling me, or us rather, how long it took you to get this far??? You are doing an amazing job. It has taken me 2 years and 2 months to get where i am. Of course, i took about 6 months off from watching what i eat and excersizing ( i hate to say dieting because i'm not dieting, i'm watching how and what i eat and how much of it).

thanks! Well that is 88 lbs lost since June of '06, my two week post partame check up after my youngest was born. So about a year and half. I probably would have lost more by now, but I have taken several breaks, like yourself from exercising and watching what I eat. I have been lucky during those times to really only fluctuate 5 lbs or so, so I think I have the maintaining part of it down! Just have to finish getting the rest of it off! Thanks again. You too are doing an awesome job!

Wink

Well I made my 10 pound goal a few weeks ago. I am a little stuck now, but hope to get going again here soon. I have been struggling with how many calories I should be eating, and not sure how to get it right. Any advice??

Skinny and Lumifan- you are both amazing. 60's and 80's losses. That is amazing. I think my total goal is 96 or something. I know it's a progress and takes time but I get frustrated easily. Seeing that it took you each 1 1/2 years and 2 1/2 years is encouraging. It does happen when you stick with it. Thanke for the inspiration.

Mindy~ I don't do calories, I do WW, so I wouldn't know where to begin with that one. Sorry. Just stick to it, and you will make it!
