
How is everyone else doing??
My plan is to primarily calorie count. Right now, my goal is to eat 1400 calories a day, exercise 2x a day, and post my progress everday. I think what has derailed me in the past is not keeping accountable for my eating and using stress asa reason to overeat. I'm ready to rid myself of the cycle and become a healthier and naturally thin person before spring (ahem..swimsuit season!)
