Well, I have had a really bad sinus infection and have eaten really bad. I was doing so good but once I got sick I just gave in. Oh well, this is a new week. I am a little scared though my husband and I and my sister and her husband are all going to the beach on Thursday and will be coming back next Monday. I really hope I can behave myself down there and not gain weight. Well, I hope everyone has a great week!!
