Good day today, other than I had 1 extra cup of strawberries than I should have and it bumped up my carbs! but they are soooo good right now! I just remind myself I used to eat an extra 2-3 slices of cake, now its strawberries!LOL!

A good primal day here, I think, although the food intake is minimal and the fat is way up there. What does the book say about wine? I haven't seen anything about that yet, although I feel sure that Grok must have been into fermenting....
So, DS made a cake for a school project and I had a small piece last night....small but it still shot my carbs up to 130 or so.....It was cloyingly sweet, which was interesting becuase it is not a super sweet recipe for the cake and the whipped cream part.
Ilene ... if I do not have carbs, I do not crave carbs. Which is much harder to start than it sounds
Susan, I hear this over and over, I've just gotta try it! I guess, what I'm afraid of is that I won't have enough fuel to fuel my workouts, I should know better and get over this fear... I just took a peek at your Fitday menu and I'm going to try and follow your example...
Midwife -- I had a granola bar the other day, which I love BTW they are my downfall, after eating it if felt jittery inside, buzzy almost, and I had a pain between my eyes like a headache was starting, but didn't ... Just to show how sugar can be BADDD!!
