DS#2 and I split a great big butt chop on Saturday and both agreed that the fat holds the flavour. Man was it better tasting than the dry little loin chops we have been eating.
I'm getting closer to 100 carbs. It's been really hard to get back in the swing of things after vacation. I started with eggs this morning. My husband forgot that I only like scrambled and made over easy. I put salsa on them and gagged them down. I think we'll have taco salad for lunch.


Probably a result of carb crash plus guilt!!
just having too many BLTs (bites, licks, tastes)... My stomach feels queasy from the sugar...
