Reeses Oatmeal!

Sorry if this is already posted, but it's too good not to mention!

1 serving instant oatmeal, plain 150c
1 tbsp peanut butter 95c
1 packet diet hot chocolate mix 25c
1/3-1/2 cup hot water

Mix and eat! Yum! Total, about 270c, depending on variations of the ingredients.

Avocado and Egg Pizza 267 calories/13g fiber/7 net carbs

1 Mission Carb Balance Whole Wheat Tortilla
1 slice of 2% America Cheese
1/2 small Avocado smashed
1 large egg

Break Cheese over tortilla and either microwave to melt the cheese or stick it under the broiler for a min. Spread mashed avocado on tortilla then top with an egg cooked how ever you desire. I prefer the egg over medium or poached. Also it taste just as good minus the cheese or using a corn tortilla.

Lately I've been having a lot of smoothies for breakfast. They're pretty filling although I tend to have a small snack around 10.

I just throw

1 banana
a cup of raspberries, strawberries, kiwi, ... (about 100 grams)
some soy yoghurt

It's about 200 calories for one large glass.

My favorites:

1:
Arnold flax and fiber sandwich thin, toasted (100 calories)
Laughing cow light cream cheese triangle (45 calories)
V8 fusion light (50 calories)
Coffee with sugar free torani syrup and 1/4 cup 1% milk (about 30 calories)

2:
Nonfat vanilla greek yoghurt (100 calories) with
Honey bitz sprinkles (60 calories)
Banana (110 calories or so, depending on size) with
PB2 peanut butter powder (mixed with water) (45 calories)
Coffee with sugar free torani syrup and 1/4 cup 1% milk (about 30 calories)

3:
Vitamuffin (100 calories)
Peach or pear snack cup (50 calories)
Coffee with sugar free torani syrup and 1/4 cup 1% milk (about 30 calories)

Sometimes I sub the coffee for 1 c. of skim milk (80 calories) and 1 c. of sugar free chai concentrate, and I sometimes have 1/4 c. of uncooked oats topped with a sliced banana and drizzled with honey. It sounds weird, but I love oats and can't stand oatmeal. I hate mushy food!

I have been making 1 serv, substitute eggs omelet with spinach and mushroom and feta cheese and 2 oz of turkey sausage, coffee, banana and that is all about 300 calories you could do two servings of the eggs and still stay under 400

Since I'm on such a low calorie plan, 400 calories sounds like a feast! One of my common breakfasts is:

1/2 Container Yoplait Light Fat Free Yogurt (Your favorite flavor) 45 cals
1/4 Cup Honey Nut Cheerios 28 cals
3 Strawberries sliced 16 cals

Mix it together and enjoy for a total of 89 calories.

If you like it a little sweeter, a packet of Splenda makes it really yummy.
