I made a batch of breakfast burritos and froze them and I pop them and some "baked oatmeal" in the microwave every morning. The burrito is <200 calories (120 of which are the burrito wrapper) with 15 g protein and 5 g fiber and they're really healthy. Mine have ground turkey, eggs, cheese, tomato, pepper, potato, asparagus, onion, mushroom, black beans and corn. I flavored mine with a taco packet and it's delicious.
The baked oatmeal is just that. You put water and oatmeal in a baking dish (sugar if you want) and top with fruit. Then you bake it for 30 minutes. It comes out a lot like a dense cookie rather than gushy oatmeal (which I hate) and it's only around 150 calories so I get a nice filling breakfast for about 350 calories(:
