You won't miss those nuts. I used to eat nuts (almonds, cashews, peanuts) every day but stopped that. There are a lot of calories in nuts.

Sue, I bet cutting out the nuts will help. But if you find yourself craving them and you have a trader joes near you, they have the BEST dark chocolate covered almonds. I find eating 3 or 4 of them satisfies my nut and sweet craving and that amount has about about 4-5 net carbs, so you could give that a go!

Nuts to NUTS LOL No Trader Joes here in Florida..... we only have Publix, Winn Dixie's and Save a lots (Whole Foods about 1 hour away) But thank you for the idea... I have a whole big jar of cashews too... Those will be a desert treat a few times a week - Only!! lol I think I was just craving the salt... Me... STALL STALL STALL ... but I realize that I have 1 week out of the month that I just stall (and I don't get TOM anymore..TMI here - maybe the hormones just remember and reminisce lololol) BUT I WILL LOSE.. I feel it!!!!!! and can see it in my clothes and the mirror!!!! I have lost my double chin unless I look down ! and almost my bra exender so Woo Hoo.. physical showings!
