Good Morning all,

I hope you don't mind if I join in and start posting my daily menus. I know it would help me stay on track if I knew everyone was reading what I put into my mouth.

I ate so horribly this weekend that I gained 4#. I'm doing a low-carb diet just until get off the initial weight that I gained or until I can't take it anymore, but this isn't a lifestyle for me. I usually eat a Jenny Craig style diet w/ small meals.

Monday:
Breakfast- 4 egg whites, 3 strips turkey bacon, coffee w/ splenda
Lunch-Cheeseburger w/ no bun, salad, diet soda
Snack-SF hot coco made w/ water
Dinner- Roasted chicken w/ veggies, small SF ice cream bar, diet ice tea

1/2 Pound Cooked Pork Bacon, crumbled
1 head fresh raw broccoli, cut into bite size pieces (I used only the flower part)
1/4 cup red onion, chopped
3 tablespoons white Vinegar
6 - 8 Pks Splenda (depends how sweet you like it)
1 cup mayonnaise
3 Tablespoons Cream
3 Tablespoons Water
2 Tablespoons Bacon Fat
1 Teaspoon Salt

Mix all ingredients together and let it sit over night, it has to or the flavors wont meld and the broccoli won't get soft.
