HELP!!! Phasing off for vacation
I need help and did not feel that my coach gave sufficient...or correct information. The doctor who owns my clinic advised that I just need to start eating normal 2 days before the trip. That just didn't seem right to me...
I am going on vacation Dec. 25-30. I want to phase off before then as to not totally wreck what I have worked so hard for.
I have about 10 pounds to go but given that I have been losing at a pound or two a week, I will not be at goal by then. With that, someone please help me!!!
What should I do and what would the starting point be?
