Default missed you guys! but also sad to be back :(

i set out to lose 70 lbs a couple years ago, achieved my goal, and have since (over the past year or so) managed to gain 20 back. i hate it!

on the other side, im glad im coming back now instead of waiting til i had gained the entire 70 back, which i will if i dont get myself in check

i keep doing the whole "ill start tomorrow", excuses excuses time. i figured coming back here is a good start. i need accountability ladies!

so here we go again, back on track! (right now, not tomorrow)

current mini-goal - 165

Welcome back! It's great that you just have 20lbs instead of 70lbs to lose--you're getting control back again!

Good luck!

You know, the fact that you recognized what was going on now and not 50 pounds from now is an acheivement in and of itself! I completely understand how easy it is to have ALL the weight creep back up and I admire your recognition. I wish I had that once upon a time. I'm hoping I got it in check now, though.

I wasn't here when you were here before but I have no doubt your story was one of inspiration to many. And now you are back to inspire us again!! Sorry it is under these circumstances for you though.

But girl, YOU GOT THIS!

Welcome back! Recognizing that you're on the wrong path and you need to make a U turn is the best thing you could do right now. Good luck!

You're doin' it right!!! 20 pounds MUCH more manageable than 30, 40, 50... Congrats on reigning it in NOW instead of down the line & possibly a new wardrobe later!!! YAY YOU!!!!

Lori Bell!!

ah i remember that firm voice of reason! lol. i hope you can kick my butt into shape again.

thanks to everyone else! i am also glad i got back on track now as opposed to 6 months later. 20 lbs seems insurmountable at this moment, but i have to remember that i did it before!
