So I have been not eating so well the last few days... it was really hard. It was my daughters birthday and I made homemade cupcakes. Which I have to add were the best da.m cupcakes I have ever made or eaten, so I ate 2..
..was also to sore to go to the gym.... but I woke upt this am and am ready to get to it... I have a goal this week. To improve my current 2mile time by 1 minute... I am currently doing 2 miles in 30min and 12seconds... lol I am imbarassed to even say how slow I am. I also want to get my weight under 193.. well good luck on a possative and motivated week........and sorry about my lack of spelling and proper grammer
