brillmama2...don't be embarrassed about ANYTHING! A lot of people don't go out and do two miles at all! Your desire to improve your time makes it that much better!

Good for you!!! Be PROUD of what you're doing to improve your life!

I'm right there with you! I've been on vacation the last two weeks and am getting back on track now... it is hard with special occasions, isn't it? I was home visitng family and friends, had my OWN wedding, then went to our good friends' wedding, too! So let's DO this!
... and my goal will be 2 miles in 30 mins 12 seconds.. because I'm not sure if I can even do that! :-D

I wasn't to hungry. Exspt when cupcakes crossed my mind !!!! So I gave the leftovers to bmy nieghbors instead of eating them.....I also went clothes shopping mostly for the kids school stuff. But I bought 2 new shirts. They were only larges.... a little over a month ago I felt stuffed in 1x... I want planning on buying anyclothes till I reqached my fall goal (180) but I was so happy!!!!!.

Today I ate a little better. I think I have no appitite cause of the heat. I was outside cleaning out the boat and checking all the life jacket straps. I hope we take the boat out this weekend. And I hope I can get back into it. We don't have a ladder and last summer it was soooooo hard to pull myslef in. I took the kids on a walk today. I think I am going to walk everywere I can. It was fun. I didn't work out other thn the walk. But I did sweat in the boat.lol. I found out that I realy like beets. Had a whole can for lunch.. yummyumm

Mabey not enuf calories but everything I eat is either veggies fruit or chicken or fish.... we all know that skinny person who can literaly eat anything they want and not gain an ounce....well I am married to their king. My hubby is 5'10 and has trouble maintaining 155lbs.. its so hard for me beacuase if he doesn't eat high fat foods like whole milk full fat yogurt and such items he just drops down to unhealthy weights like 135.. he doesn't think I am fat. He loves my body. So when I say I am dieting he's like..?why? And suprizes me with a mocha the next mourning and the swears he forgot.... or begs me to make his favorite cupcakes.....but I have been strong and resisted his food nd stocked up on my food!!! And as for the kids.. they love all of it. It apears they take after him and are both naturally very thin. No matter whay they eat... has anyone else delt with similar at home??
